      Pros

      The products we support are great. Great facilities, including gym and company doctor.

      Cons

      There are no opportunities to get promoted unless you are close to upper management (only "lateral" movements). Very disorganized in implementing new strategies (no forecast). Low rank employees get zero motivation. No opportunities for development or career path

      There are great people, some who are truly wonderful.

      Cons

      So many org changes, restructuring events, annual layoffs, constantly being asked to do more with less, changes without data to support.
