Pros
Company cares about employees, made it very clear they would not be laying anyone off during COVID They have made working from home an smooth transition during the pandemic Increased maternity leave to 6 weeks in 2019 Great coworkers in my department as well as outside Lots of higher level positions outside of my department are open all the time Company does above and beyond for its customers consistently
Cons
Leadership in my department continues to add more responsibilities without additional pay We are doing work for sales reps that get paid more money than us, when they should be doing that work, so the role is slowly turning into a sales role Little opportunity for promotion within this specific department
