Pros
I was a patient myself and to this date swear by the product as I would have never worn traditional braces. Some great learning opportunities and growth potential within the Company, at least when I was working there. It's not the same anymore from what I hear from colleages still working there, most of whom have already left. Very international working environment. Salary was fair/competitive. Bonuses were available though not always fair. Pension plan was generous.
Cons
Had it not been for the nepotism going on in the European HQ and the hiring of completely unqualified people (many of whom are now gone or have been "relocated") I might stil be there. If you were asked to attend work related events at the weekend, the "policy" was that it was considered normal work for which you are not compensated. I had to fight several times to get time-for-time. Training? What's that? Aside from the training that I required for my actual job position, this never really happened. Lots of hot air meetings but nothing that really benefitted the average Joe in the company. When I started the atmosphere at the Amsterdam office was great. We felt like a family. Everyone was very helpful and supportive. Then corporate greed set in, followed by a decentralisation of the support teams. Company is far too American centric. They still think they are the centre of the universe and are only now opening to the idea that perhaps the European business model is different--not to mention the laws.
