Pros
Currently it's a leading health-tech company with no real competition, financially strong, good salaries and compensation, really smart people to work with, allows you to work from home, lots of career opportunities
Cons
During the COVID time they recruited a lot of mid-senior management whos added value is not very clear, and many have a low management skills causing processes to work really slow. There's no real company culture, it's a "come-to-work" company, no more than that. Many employees are not comfortable with presenting new and fresh ideas but rather act as a "Yes Sir" guys.
