Very sharp people, lots to learn and given lots of responsibility very quickly if proven to handle it. No one will hold your hand and tell you how to do things so long as you’re performing
Cons
Expectation is to “get it done”, which can mean late nights and weekends when necessary. Not to different from industry peers for roles with comparable responsibility
