      Pros

      For the most part colleagues are amazing people though you have a few odd ones here and there. Destination firm identity means people won’t push you over to get ahead. Client portfolio so far are also great to work with.

      Difficult for juniors to have control over type of work or project they get staffed on

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
