Transparency from leadership?The compensation process is shrouded in mystery and politics, like some archaic ritual you’re not allowed to question. Management flips between extremes: you either get a world-class leader or someone whose main skill is dodging accountability. Let’s be real Alixpartners lost its identity the moment it abandoned restructuring. That used to be its heart. Now? It’s just another average firm pretending to be something special, clinging to old prestige that no longer exists. And worst of all Honest Feedback is feared. Constructive criticism is treated like rebellion. There's a culture of avoidance and image-management rather than growth and truth.
