Pros
They will give you chances to build as you please within reason. Global company. If you don't mind bullshitting and taking on the propaganda you might be able to move up and be content.
Cons
They do not care about their people. The values that are being taught are not lived by them internally and often not even externally either (what can you expect). Also ironic to notice they promote exit interviews to clients when they do not offer these themselves. Feedback that was supplied, did not receive follow-up. Bad management was left to roam instead of properly handled. I am not sure why this is and can only think it is because all they care about is people who talk the talk and the money their office brings in. Again ironic because they advocate it's all about character. Don't believe the propaganda. Oh, and the pay is also not great.
