Pros
My management team was very supportive for the work/life balance as well as professional development. Company culture is positive and team members are technically competent, allowing for a lot of professional development and mentorship.
Cons
Periodic reorganizations (~9-14 months) create a fair amount of disorganization while things recalibrate. Project managers are a scarce resource, so they are spread thin and miss things, which cause confusion and delay.
