We would also like to clarify our approach to promotions within Sterile Tissue Processing. Advancement is not based solely on tenure. While time in role can support skill development, promotion eligibility requires technicians to demonstrate proficiency across all defined competencies and meet established qualification criteria. Each level has specific performance standards and skill requirements that must be successfully completed before advancement is granted. That said, we recognize that individuals progress at different rates, and we continuously evaluate our processes to ensure they are fair, transparent, and aligned with both performance and organizational needs.
