Poor work environment with a cliquey culture. Management’s lack of confidence affected team morale. Expectations to do another role's tasks while compeletng the tasks for the role hired for under the guise of training. Very poor compensation. Parking situation is abysmal Work from home offered is poor, only 1 day after 6 months which they choose. Annual leave was difficult to secure.
