Pros

There isn’t much to say here. The company makes a lot of money, money is rolling up hill in fact and that is the only reason the incompetent people and managers are able to keep their jobs.

Cons

Steer clear! They sent employees back in January during a pandemic when all of these roles are able to be worked from home. Their plan is to continue to send people back into the office to work in their cubes and have virtual meetings (it’s laughable, illogical, and DANGEROUS). Management isn’t qualified nor do they have any real world experience. If you’ve worked somewhere for 20 + years and become a VP or Director it’s likely you’re not willing to change because this has worked for you. If you’re looking to get into pharma there are plenty of other places that either have full time or flexible remote positions and pay 20% more. All the turnover and employees leaving in ALL the departments are leaving for those benefits and going to organizations that keep their employees safe. People do not feel safe going into an office during a pandemic when they can stay remote!
