Great science. Good pay and benefits.
Cons
Leadership prioritizes optics over substance. Managers measure loyalty over performance, and when someone raises concerns or doesn’t fit the preferred narrative, the response is to manage them out rather than address the issue. Performance expectations are applied inconsistently and weaponized rather than used as a genuine development tool. There’s a stated commitment to culture, people, etc., that doesn’t pass the smell test. Be prepared for your job to be threatened the moment ideas create friction for the wrong person. The company talks a good game on values. The reality is something else entirely.
