      Pros

      Was told by retired Alro workers that Alro was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Condescending attitude of upper management, paranoid culture. Mountains made out of molehills over little issues and considerable sniping between coworkers. Made me seriously regret leaving a lower-paying but less stressful job to go there.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
