Pros
The work environment is decent and upper management is professional and pleasant. The company is very big on safety and although it may be inconvenient it is worth it sometimes. The benefits are good and the corporate side of the company is very decent to their staff.
Cons
Middle level management or first line supervision are out to assert dominance and nothing else. At anytime you can have 5 different people telling you what to do and it’s outright conflicting and confusing. The Treatment of subordinates is unprofessional and outright childish. Micro Management is insane at the first line of supervision. No matter your experience or expertise you know nothing in comparison to them. You could trip over something and not fall and they will abuse the super safe nature of the company while forcing an immediate drug and alcohol screening on site. All of This of course site specific being as there are branches everywhere and each one has their own management.
