Fast paced with challenging problems and smart people all around.
Cons
Sometimes there's a lot of bureaucracy and the management levels don't have a clear vision for the product. They try to help, but somehow they themselves are too burnt out for spinning their wheels and spinning yours. This may be changing soon hopefully.
