      Pros

      The plant care specialist are not nctedible to work with

      Cons

      Boys club. They loose new employees after 3 to 5 months after hire. We try to sell to new employees what a great company it is. But they just use staff as food for the grinder. Unless you are desperate for a job don't go there.

      Company Vehicle provided which is beneficial for milage

      Cons

      Desperately need a plant expert on site as most managers just have business/finance backgrounds. Whenever a certain plant was dying quickly there was no one at the branch to consult on why.
