      Cab facilities for permanent employees. Food at amdocs is good, it provides subsidised Lunch, breakfast and snacks are complimentary.

      The situation right now is not good at amdocs. They are under the process of reducing head counts very aggressively.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
