I have been working at Amdocs full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Competitive salaries, excellent benefits, good work/life balance, great people, encourage learning and high achievement

    Cons

Processes are always changing, so you never really feel like you know where to go for what. Employee information is all online, and questions are submitted through "tickets" rather than a personal call to someone. Feels a little impersonal sometimes.

    I worked at Amdocs full-time

    Pros

The benefits that are available through the company are very nice. My immediate supervisor was amazing, however she was not able to lead the team with out intervention from leadership.

    Cons

Leadership asks for several hours overtime but did not want it put on time sheet. They require you to learn new tools but do not give the time and/or resources to use to learn. Company streches employees very thin, in my history I noticed they will lay off staff, then expect others to take work load but the work load doesn't decrease. Employees are stressed and tend to not have a very good work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. You have great team members that have lots of experience, but if you spread them to thin lots of things get completed but there is little quality.
