    I worked at Amdocs full-time

    Pros

Amdocs as a whole has great benefits.

    Cons

Management will work you to death and one in particular has a habit of throwing people under the bus. No management support whatsoever.

    Advice to Management

Bring in managers that have experience managing; stop working people so much and put some butts in the seats.

I worked at Amdocs full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good work life balance and working environment is good.

    Cons

Too much load on few talented resources. Engineering management works with minimal risk model. Very less low flexibility to pursue innovation.
Bureaucratic hiring process which leads to low performers stick in organization for long time.

    Advice to Management

    * High reliance on legacy sales model to generate the revenue.
    * Provide targets for engineering leads to generate revenue from SaaS model.
    * Reduce revenue dependency from legacy operations and make engineering heads responsible for implementation of DevOps model.
    * DO NOT BRING SALES EXPERTS TO LEAD ENGINEERING DIVISIONS.

I worked at Amdocs full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great people
They try hard to be the best
    It's a community...like a tribe
    Great pay and package
Pretty diverse except for African Americans

    Cons

    Zero life balance
Hard work if you're not Israeli and maybe even if you are
    Bureaucratic & HQ centric
Standing CEO dictates culture & degree of difficulty to make change (so pay a lot of attention to who is in that role)

    Advice to Management

Try to be less Israel centric
    Less paranoia
Have better career path opportunities besides having to be a CBE to be successful
