Great Company Limited Growth Potential - PMO Amdocs Employee Review

Arrogant leadership team who still treats individuals that they should be happy they have a job. Limited opportunities to grow especially in the larger divisions. There are a lot of good new programs such as Inspire that are dedicated to diversity & inclusion but there does not feel like a real shift/change is occurring in the organization. Culture, individuals don't speak to you when you enter the break room or walk down halls. Some Managers/Leaders are very selfish and not about the people and consider wanting to move to a new role within the organization as dis-loyalty.
