      Pros

      Great benefits package (you would be hard pressed to find better) and management is very understanding if you need to take time due to a sick child etc.

      Cons

      Depending on the project there may be no chance for advancement. Pay rises are on the small side. Management don't always look to the far future but just concentrate on what is happening right now.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
