Pros
Hybrid work, Unlimited vacation for a genuine reason. On mass layoff company gives a handsome severance to all exiting employees. Management is investing in AI which is helping employees in their daily tasks. Eg. cursor, copilot subscription for everyone
Cons
You need to come 3 days a week to office, suppose employee is taking 3 days leave he have to come rest of the 2 days in office for the compliance. Work pressure is too much, especially after recent work force firing.
