      Pros

      Flexible working arrangements were nice.

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs, offshored a lot of work to countries where they could pay less. Culture is not one that fosters the ability for employees to ask questions. Hard work not rewarded.

      Pros

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
