Pros
Great company culture, close knit. Talented people. Management has open door policy. Great IT department with rapid response to hardware needs. Each person has at least one monitor for their desktop/laptop systems, while most have two monitors, which is great to allow you to work on multiple tasks easily. Also great and abundant free food provided. You don't ever have to pay for your breakfast or lunch!
Cons
Talented people with many years of experience and insight into the product deliverables are let go to be replaced by cheaper outsourced employees, because the bottom line looks good. I don't think Amdocs EDH has hired anyone new other than contractors for the past 10 years.
