      1. Lack of support from Higher ups 2. No support internally with colleagues. 3. No help provided when people from same team approach due bad attitude and behavior of colleague as if we are different than them. 4. Was underpaid based on my experience. 5. Stretched late night until 2-4AM in the morning straight for months irrespective of Logged in time.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
