      Um bom salário e excelentes benefícios (plano de saúde, seguro, VA/VR etc).

      Cons

      Sem plano de carreira, microgerenciamento, novos sistemas burocráticos e pouco sensíveis aos funcionários, muitas horas extras, pouca flexibilidade vida/trabalho.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
