      V Good Work Life Balance V Good Leave Policy (20+ days yearly vacations) You will receive Goodies Yearly Bonus is good like ~ 0.75 - 0.9 times a month salary People here are supportive. Since this is a MNC you will have global team.

      Cons

      Most of the teams still using old tech stacks. Slow growth. Usually take first promotion from Graduate -> Experiece in 2 Years. Then in every 3-4 years you will get promoted.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
