      Pros

      It's employee friendly.....it take full care of their employees. Free snacks, food at very low rate , and lot of on-site opportunities but it depends on project.

      Cons

      Technology is not updated.....Data warehouse projects are less.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
