      Nice company to work for a while good rewards to hard work Onsite oppurtunities are good few Benifits are good compensation is good for a new joinee

      Cons

      Need to spend extra hrs knowledge specific to amdocs products very less scope to learn new technologies need to work in shifts. hikes are not good

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
