      Pros

      Employee Friendly. Lots of options. Office is near city. Some of the best people, whom you can learn a lot from.

      Cons

      Wrong people gets promoted due to politics, then those wrong people make deserving people leave. Sometimes it's difficult to manage work life balance.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
