      Pros

      It's a big company, with good pay and benefits, who supports some of the largest telecom companies in the world with lots of opportunities to go work abroad.

      Cons

      They don't provide much training so if you need to hone your skills, you'll have to do it by your own means.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
