      It's a market leader in telecom solutions provider. Has customer base across world and gets travel opportunities for almost every person. Has very good open culture and worth working for long-term.

      Pros

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
