      It is a good company. provide good compansastion. good carrer growth oportunity. salary and other benefits are better or equal to other companies in market.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not good. many times , we have to work late hours and on weekenends. you need to show something extra to get promotions and salary increase.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
