      Amdocs has good benefits as they have to offer similar benefits worldwide.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. Amdocs used to be focused on the employee and training, now the employee is responsible for their own training and advancement in teh company.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
