      Work culture is good. Food is good. There is no in time and out time. Lot of onsite opportunities are there.

      Cons

      The in house products do not let your imagination go wild. You have to use the same products to develop things

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
