      Pros

      If you're old, don't want to work too hard, prefers politics over merit, than it's a great place for you. If you're a tech guy, looking for innovation and incentive based excellence, then look for other places to work at.

      Cons

      Tons of politics. Very slow on innovation. Very small annual bonuses are divided across the board almost regardless of performance or excellence.

      Pros

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
