      work culture is very good , no restrictions regarding work hours , timings avg salary you get good work , onsite , but depends alot on project

      Cons

      nothing much to learn salary used to be above market , not anymore avg salary and hike noyhing innovative/new happens in dvci

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
