      Lots of politics, no appreciation for your work, very bad appraisal, once your project is complete they will fire you by saying your performance is not good, this has happened to many people

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
