      Pros

      Good Work life balance Cozy environment Helpful collegues Great range of meal options and Food counters Workspace setup Work quality On site opportunity I have worked in amdocs for almost 3.5 years. I started as a fresher. Worked on a product development as well as support. Never got the chance for on site. Salary revision was not good, hence left. Other wise for freshers it is highly recommended.

      Cons

      Salary is low Hike is not much Bonus is not paid as per expectations.

      Pros

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
