      They have events to connect the young employees to each other and that makes it fun to be around people. Good lunchroom.

      Cons

      In the software billing department, they expect people to work crazy long hours for unclear and usually irrelevant tasks and milestones. this really lowers motivation and trust in leadership.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
