      If you dont have any job and think that you have to make money any how (which is still below market average)

      Cons

      lot of politics, non-technical work, and support can be for more than 80+ hours in week. Boss treats people like slave and supposed to work day in and night out

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
