      - Very good employee benefits - Fair chances of onsite travels

      Cons

      - Management getting worse and few non-technical - Employees are kept less prior to budget and hence no proper payments - Some units are very old and also not willing to match with market

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
