      Stable company, HR benefits (big company event, fun days, treats at the office etc.) like most of the big companies

      Cons

      Noncompetitive salaries compared to the market, low yearly bonus - less than half of your monthly paycheck, managers that have been working at Amdocs all their lives and have old-fashioned views and methods

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
