      Decent employee care. For entry level the amount of insurance is greater than the salary.

      Cons

      Team members talk too much behind the back. Typical office politics. Not much freedom if you go to client site.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
