      Good salary and good benefits

      Cons

      There's no balance between professional and personal life. 12 working hours per day minimum and also weekends and holidays in the most part of the projects. More possibilities to move or be promoted given to Israeli or Indian employees.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
