      1. Good Work Culture 2. Numerous benefits like Incentives, Sick Leaves, Free Breakfast/Snacks and subsidized Lunch. 3. Employee friendly policies. 4. HR and Management are quite reachable all the time. 5. Onsite opportunities. 6. Excellent Shift allowances.

      Cons

      1. Few projects still use older tech stack. 2. Round the clock shifts may be irking few employees. However,this is purely subjective to individual opinion. 3. Few people may not enjoy work/life balance due to hectic delivery timelines and Shift timings

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
