      Pros

      They pay is very good, and the company has excellent middle managers who care about their people. Generally a good work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Senior management manages to the stock price. They work their people hard, demanding 50 hour work weeks. They also give significant preference to Israeli vendors.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
