      It has got great work life balance even in support projects. You get appreciated if you deserve it. Management is supportive and clear about their goals. Internal movement is easy.

      Cons

      More of a product specific work. Salary is an issue.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
