      Pros

      Diverse culture. Company offers good salaries (on surface - see cons). Benefits are very good. Sick time policy is very generous - especially for someone with kids.

      Cons

      60 to 70 hour work weeks - your nice salary is not as nice when you work twice as many hours. Life/work balance non-existent. Sometimes there a bit of a language barrier due to working with people from many areas of the world.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
