      Long term tenured employees, pet insurance benefit offered

      Cons

      Executives afraid to do anything except overpromise things to customers and give fancy presentations. Unless you work in the corporate offices, your opinion doesn't matter, even when they ask for it. More internal processes are broken than work as taught. Abusive managers and leaders not held accountable for how the speak to employees.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
